remove the 3 year residency rule in Rugby Union
We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to remove the 3 year residency rule in Rugby Union
the 3 year residency rule makes a mockery of international representation. international representation is already watered down enough with spurious family members allowing represenation. why should a 35 year old player, who has lived in uk for 3 years only be able to represent that country
