We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to help dogs gain a better reputation with the public by not letting them fall into the wrong hands!!!
I would like to see every potential dog owner go through a one year vetting process to have certain checks that they are fit, healthy & wealthy enough to look after any breed of dog. This way people cannot buy a dog as a fashion accessory or latest craze but more importantly they cannot be bred easily for fights to make money!! Please help me to change the image for all the helpless and harmless dogs that fall into the wrong hands, it’s not the dogs fault, it’s the owners!! Thank you.
