We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Modify the VCRA act of 2006
According to the act currently one must be 18+ to purchase a realistic imitation firearm , most commonly applied to Airsofting weapons, however according to the act and home office an under 18 year old with a valid site membership can avail themselves to the airsofters defense where it does not conflict with section 40 (sales to under 18’s) so an under 18 can , own , modify , create an RIF however cannot buy one , this makes no sence, we request that the age be lowerd for purchasing an RIF (14-16) adhering to the same rules as govern 18+ owners and then one age for legally owning and purchasing RIF’S in the country.
