We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to introduce compulsory verbal reasoning and data handling psychometric tests for every year group of secondary school and provide pupils and parents with percentile rankings
A scientific and independent measure of how good someone is at comprehension and maths compared to everyone else in their age group would help pupils, parents and teachers.
