We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Pass Legislation to allow all contracts by all governments organisations to private sector bidders to contain Quotas as a condition of the government contract to take on 10% or more new longterm unemployed UK subjects at all levels otherwise the contract will be retendered
No UK Subject can stand by and watch the hard earned public money been given on private outsourcing contracts to people who already have jobs whilst it is in the public interest that public money should help the longterm unemployed who are not given the opportunities which society desperately requires.
