We, the undersigned, urge the Prime Minister to reassess the implementation of the Environmental Laibility Directive in its weakest form and to rectify the consultation document which states that the Government will "not to go beyond the minimum requirements unless there are exceptional circumstances justified by a cost benefit analysis and following extensive stakeholder engagement".
