Evoke the spirit of the British people to help each other during the floods.
We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Evoke the spirit of the British people to help each other during the floods.
Create a simple web site focal point where local people who not been effected by the floods, can offer temporary local accommodation to those less fortunate. There must be rooms and houses or holiday homes that are vacant nearby, or caravans that lie unused in peoples drives etc.
