We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to provide Free Homes, for people with aLearning Disability
at the moment, as it stands a person with learning disabilities do not have the facility ta be assisted from a care environment into independent living, where-by a free home could be providedalong with a support worker, to help them in the transistion! This would help people with Learning Dificuties, to get started in the new enviroment, a free home, would hope be provided to them, then all they would need to do, is pay for: Water, Gas/Electeric, phone bills and not for them to worry about Rent, in some areas, they may not have to pay for anything, that would provide experience, that other people have!
