Raise the ICR earning threshold
We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Raise the ICR earning threshold
The income contingent repayment (ICR) scheme takes 9% of your salary of earning over £15000.
This figure should be changed to take less of our earnings. Why not either raise the earnings threshold to £20,000 or lower the percentage taken.
