Extend (Within legal frame work) jury responsibility.
We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Extend (Within legal frame work) jury responsibility.
The jury in trials should where appropriate and after verdict, be allowed to hear vicitims and/or relatives, causes and life effects if any, and should be allowed to plea for particular sentencing.
