A Minority of One

We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Introduce Government Rebate on Private Health Insurance

We urge the Governement, for the sake of the NHS to offer a % rebate on Private Insurance, to encourage those that can afford it, to use private facilities, releasing the burden of Public Health.
