We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Properly Defend the Realm
Petition that Gordon Brown publicly acknowledges that reports have been made to authority since 1987:
(1) Sabotage consistent with Stage Three of the IRA Garland Plan
(2) Breach of Security warnings in advance of the 1989 IRA bombing of Deal Royal Marines barracks
(3) Renewed attempts to make crime complaint of sabotage after the tragic death of a child patient at Guys post op ICU during a second identical failure incident of the hospital emergency generator.
Those claiming it is someone elses responsibility:
Kent Police, HSE, Southwark Coroner, Prime Minister Blair, Home secretaries Straw, Blunkett and Reid, UKAEA Police, Commons Defence Select, Commons Works and pensions, Home Affairs, DTI, MOD, MI5.
Mr Brown needs to act in accordance with the GarlandPlan and sabotage petitions.
