We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to instruct and make it law for headteachers to close schools on days with mild to heavy snow to protect children and prevent injury
we all fell over loads of times the other day. could have resulted in a very serious injury. obviously this would not occur for a sprinkling of snow.
