Consider a scheme of performance related pay for Social Workers and their Managers
We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Consider a scheme of performance related pay for Social Workers and their Managers
Regularly ask service users to complete a quality assessment form to say whether the service from their social worker has been satisfactory and effective.
Or when a case is closed for an assessment to be made on the quality and effectiveness of the social worker.
