We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to regulate the provision of Willwriting services
Many people are amazed to learn that people who draw up Wills do not need any training or qualifications. Disgraced solicitors and financial advisers, criminals and people who were yesterday plying a completely different trade can (and do) set themselves up as ‘Professional Willwriters’.
This petition closed on Sunday 27 July 2008 without having attracted any support at all. The creator was left in a minority of one. Here’s your chance to comment on this petition.
