We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to abolish corporate directors, in sole charge of call centres and contracts , in all Governmental /Regulatory /Charitable and public bodies
to reinstate discretion, via Managers [ not PAs substituting, restricted by remits and procedures] who can use ethical judgement and direction to monitor their administration and act urgently .
