We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Delay the implementation of the TFS regulations to allow time for the full implications to be understood.
On the 12th July the new Transfrontier Shipment of Waste Regulations 2007 take effect. The implications to recycling and export industry is huge. Many recyclers and exporters are only now becoming aware of the impact on them. In addition frieght forwarders and shipping lines will be effected. More time is needed.
