We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to create an all-encompassing, no questions-asked Tax amnesty for all UK citizens/residents that wish to bring their offshore monies back into the UK in the next 6 months
The UK used to be the haven for the true entrepreneur/business risk-taker.
But then the UK economy (which translates into GBP) become over-exposed to the property and finance industries, and taxes were distorted towards non-productive industries and the super-rich.
Let those of us that cannot afford to pay 30k annually to bring our monies back into the UK, replenish the domestic banks deposits and allow us to spend this freely in the UK to help do our bit for GDP.
