We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Legislate VAT be replaced with EU [Federal], State [UK] & Local [Business-Rates] Sales-Tax
Replacing VAT as described will place emphasis on sales [SCRAP refunds & carousel-fraud]. Monies can easily be transferred to Treasury as they are received by business [there will be a fraud-discrepancy with shops accepting forged-currency, stolen credit-cards].
Local in particular targets town-halls to aid, NOT attack businesses.
