Limit the use of under age free bus travel in London to school times only
We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Limit the use of under age free bus travel in London to school times only
School children are able to travel on busses at any time although Pensioners can only travel after 9.30, if there is a limit on Pensioners because I am told they will have no need to travel before this time. Then a limit should be added to under age travellers as they will have no school appointments after 4.30pm
