We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Improve the existing Tyne & Wear Metro System infrastructure before considering extending the system into Teesside.
The current Tyne & Wear Metro struggles to cover passenger needs in Tyne & Wear, especially Sunderland. Therefore, extending the system would not be feasible until the needs of Tyne & Wear are met first.
