We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to increase the number of overnight banking windows to get out of credit crunch
increase the number of overnight banking windows from the present 3 at eight hours each to 4 at 6 hrs each and later to 6 at 4 hrs to get out of the credit crunch instead of bailing out the banks. The system can be used to max of 24 windows at 1 hour each.
