We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to we are keepers and breeders of British and European birds want clarification on the law with regards as what stands as proof of captive breeding under the wildlife and countryside act
we as breeders and keepers of British and European birds want clarification on the law and what constitutes as proof of captive breeding of these birds, as we were always lead to believe that an official close banded ring untempered with was sufficient,how ever the courts are now not accepting this as being legitimate tender.
