We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Publish a letter detailing police officers concerns about inadequate information files on Britons who committed crimes overseas which were not logged on a police computer.
A letter detailing police officers concerns about inadequate information concerning 27,500 files on Britons who committed crimes overseas which were not logged on a police computer should not be published until an inquiry had been completed.
Many have ridiculed the decision not to publish the letter, which was sent in October.
Publication of the letter will show the government is commited to upholding the priciple of openess and public accountability.
