We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Approve the planning application for Grimsby Town’s new stadium plans

After years of wrangling with North East Lincolnshire Council, Grimsby Town’s planning application for a new stadium at Great Coates is now in the hands of the government. This stadium will create hundreds of jobs for the Grimsby area and create an impressive gateway to the town which has otherwise suffered decline over the years.

This petition closed on Tuesday 29 January 2008 without having attracted any support at all. The creator was left in a minority of one. Here’s your chance to comment on this petition.
