force knowsley council to re instate the "knowledge test"
We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to force knowsley council to re instate the "knowledge test"
knowsley council has dropped the said test to enable them to hand out more licences creating a situation were as the current drivers are finding it increasingly difficult to earn a satisfactory wage in turn forcing the said drivers to work unacceptable hours
