We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Abolish elections and let people vote for whoever they want whenever they want
The 600 representatives with the most votes in the country can attend parliament, and the person with the most votes gets to be prime minister.
To avoid constant change, representatives in parliament would remain for a minimum of six months. If their votes were reduced to fewer than a representative outside parliament, for a duration of six months, then they would be replaced. The same principal would apply to the position of Prime Minister.
