We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to allow the new lanes currently under construction on the M1 (junctions 10/6a) to be used by HGV vehicles only
allowing the two new nearside lanes currently under construction to be used by HGVs only would allow the faster less laden vehicles to use the outer three lanes, thus reducing slow congested traffic problems
