We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to adapt roads a few miles outside the M25 to form an outer ring road suitable for buses and cyclists as well as other traffic
An outer ring route would give shorter, more efficient links between towns around London than either the M25 or the existing patchwork of disjointed roads. Improving existing roads to give a route compatible with buses and cyclists would give more these a faster, more efficient and convenient route as well.
