We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Make it compulsory for 6-16 year olds to take part in 2 Hours of organized extra curricular activities per week
Getting children from an early age to take part in extra curricular activites out side of school time, ie Youth clubs, Scouts, Sports, Cadets, Duke of Edinburgh`s Award, School Clubs etc will keep them off the streets from an early age, reducing boredom and street crime and ASB, It will also help to develop their personal skills and health.
This petition closed on Saturday 20 January 2007 without having attracted any support at all. The creator was left in a minority of one. Here’s your chance to comment on this petition.
