compulsory mileage records at mot test
We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to compulsory mileage records at mot test
instead of using satelite tracking technology to track road usage, which would be difficult and expensive to set up, would it not be much easier and much more simple to have compulsory mileage recoring at mot tests. if a road usage fee cannot be avoided would this not be a simpler and friendlier way to record road usage, avoiding the need for invasive tracking technology.
