We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Create a new Agency to provide Special Schools for specific conditions
Many parents who have children with Special Educational Needs are dissatisfied with Local Education Authorities who seem to be more concerned with the cost of proper and effective provision for children with a wide variety of medical or learning difficulties, and LESS concerned about the child getting an EXCELLENT and appropriate education.
