A Minority of One

We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to open a off-road motorcycling track near cental england ( middlands )

there is very few (if eny) places to ride off road with you own motor cycle in the middlands . so i strongly beleave that there should be somwere to go, this would reduce tresspasing on privte land and it would also reduce motorcycles being confisscated by the police.
