We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to congratulate the Transport Secretary on his overdue proposal to create a forum for debate on national road congestion charging.
The Transport secretary wants debate. The Department of Transport’s website points out that the feasability study was conducted with assistance from the AA, RAC and Transport 2000 that various ideas are being discussed. More debate is needed not threats or unargued opinions.
