We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to planning considerations for indigeous people
Planning applications for counrty folk trying to get back to there place of birth of origin should be taken into consideration. Stop making the counrty side a preserve for the rich and for second home owners. If local people want to stay local and have a planning application, and they come form the village. If it helps keep them there this right should be considered favourably and planning consent should be given.
