We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to implement Justice system in UK and in Europe for accountabilities for mal-administrations by any institution/s which currently lacks in European Institution/s without clarity remaining ambiguous for responsibilities for recourse to justice. I want to have the Government and PM to shorten the route of justice by having lesser number of "Higher Courts" where case/s are transferred to a Court once admitted by any Court or Tribunal for jurisdiction with a reference made to Court of Justice where necessary to keep the decision in line of United Nations Declarations.
I have been told that European Court of Justice is not accountable to European Ombudsman or the European Ombudsman is not responsible for the action/s taken by European Court of Human Rights which should not be the case as there has to be just one "European Ombudsman" to investigate complaints of mal-administrastios by any European Institution/s funded by public taxes
