Create a Unitary Authority between Central and West Lancashire
We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister to Create a Unitary Authority between Central and West Lancashire
Recently the West Lancs District Council decided against Unitary Authority status between Central lancashire and West Lancashire. This was done without any consulation, that I’m aware of,and I believe we should have had afull public debate and referendum on this issue for the people of Central and West Lancashire
